Fountain Lakes offers a variety of styles and designs, in not such an overpowering cookie-cutter Mediterranean-theme evidenced in some communities. The architectural aesthetic here allows for a sense of individualism, in size, color, landscaping and other nuances. A large composite of single detached homes, condominiums and villas were built between 1989 and early 2000’s, and come with two or three car garages and spacious layouts from 1500 to more than 3,000 square feet.

Condominiums are a unique addition to the Fountain Lakes area and are extremely affordable starting at just $60,000 for a one bedroom, one bath, built in the late 1980s, with a little less than 700 square feet of living space. With low annual fees, they’re perfect for first-time home buyers, college-age residents or singles.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are several homes valued at more than $300,000, with up to 3,800 square-feet in living area and larger lot sizes. Many of these homes were built within the last 10 years and may include features such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood or marble flooring, and master suites.
